Eight Venues in South Jakarta Ready for POPNas and PeparpeNas

A number of sports venues in the South Jakarta are confirmed to be ready for use for the XVII National Student Sports Week (POPNas) and the XI National Student Paralympic Week (PeparpeNas) which will be held on November 1-10, 2025.

Head of South Jakarta Arena Management Unit (UP GJS), Lesmana Anna Lumisu, said that her side had ensured the readiness of the eight venues under the management of UP GJS to support the implementation of the two national-level student sports events.

"All venues under the management of UP GJS have been maximized to be used optimally for the two sporting events," she said, Tuesday (10/28).

Her side has worked hard to prepare all the facilities to provide comfort for athletes and officials from various regions.

"We have worked hard to prepare all the facilities and venues so that Jakarta can be the best host and leave a positive impression on the athletes," she stated.

According to her, the UP GJS team will be fully prepared to ensure the implementation runs smoothly and that services to participants are carried out optimally.

"Hopefully Jakarta can provide a good impression and valuable experience for student athletes from all over Indonesia," she hoped.
